Instructions

You are an intern on a general medical ward. Ngozi Okonkwo, 52, has type 2 diabetes and osteomyelitis of her left great toe. She needs six weeks of IV cefazolin, which she will have at home through Hospital in the Home. A PICC line is booked for this afternoon.
