The body, structure by structure
Most resources teach anatomy, then physiology, then pathology, then pharmacology — four separate passes over the same body. These pages take one structure at a time and follow it all the way through, so the drug makes sense because you already know what it is fixing.

Follow the blood through the heart one structure at a time. For each chamber, valve, vessel and node: what it normally does, what happens when that fails, and which drugs act there and how they work.

From the nose to the alveolar membrane and back out again. Each part of the airway and each step of gas exchange, followed through to the diseases that break it and the drugs that act on it.

Walk down the nephron. Each segment moves something specific, each diuretic blocks a named transporter in one of them, and every electrolyte disturbance you will be asked about starts at one of these stops.

Follow a mouthful from the lips to the anal canal, then the organs that supply the tube — liver, biliary tree, pancreas. Each part has a job, and the diseases you will be asked about are that job failing in a particular way.

Neurology is localisation. Each structure and pathway here comes with where a lesion in it puts the sign, so a set of findings tells you where the problem is before it tells you what it is.

Almost every endocrine disease is one feedback loop broken at a known point — too much hormone, too little, or the signal above it failing. Each gland here comes with its axis, the ways that axis breaks, and the drugs that push it back.

How these are made
Every structure is written to the same chain, then reviewed a second time by a reader who does not see the first review's verdict. Where the real value is a range rather than a figure, the number is hedged rather than invented. This is written to be accurate, not to be a citation — check anything you are going to be examined on against your own curriculum, and if you find something wrong, tell us and it gets fixed rather than argued about.
