Instructions

You are an intern in the ENT clinic. Zara Kearney, 16, has had seven episodes of tonsillitis in the past year. The ENT surgeon recommends a tonsillectomy. Her mother is waiting outside; Zara wants to discuss it herself first and has been assessed as able to consent.
