You are a medical student on placement in general practice. Your next patient is Layla Nassar, aged 7. Her mother, Zeina, has booked in because Layla's breasts have started to develop.

• You do not need to summarise your findings
• Layla is in the waiting room: describe your examination and the examiner gives the findings on request
