You are a medical student on placement in general practice. Your next patient is Majok Deng, 23, presenting with burning when passing urine. He has been examined already; the findings are below.

Meatal redness; small clear discharge on milking. Testes normal. No ulcers, warts, rash or inguinal nodes. Joints, eyes and skin normal.
