You are an intern on an adult mental health unit. Kieran Garrett, 24, was brought in by police overnight after walking along the freeway. The psychiatrist assessed a first episode of psychosis and made an involuntary inpatient treatment order under the WA Mental Health Act 2014. He is demanding to leave.
