You are an intern in the Emergency Department of a Perth metropolitan hospital.

Jun Zhang, a 52-year-old landscaper, presented 30 minutes ago after waking this morning with acute onset severe pain in his left knee. The triage nurse has recorded observations and is handing him over to you.

Your tasks are to:

  1. Take a focused history of the presenting complaint and relevant background.
