You are a medical student on placement in general practice. Siobhan Delaney, 34, was diagnosed with Addison disease three weeks ago after an adrenal crisis. She takes hydrocortisone 10 mg, 5 mg and 5 mg, and fludrocortisone 100 micrograms daily. The endocrinologist asked the GP to go through her sick day rules.
