You are an intern in the antenatal clinic. Georgia Ashton, 30, is 36 weeks pregnant with her first baby. The baby is breech on ultrasound. The obstetrician has offered external cephalic version (ECV).
Explain the options and obtain informed consent for external cephalic version

Frank breech. Normal growth and liquor. Placenta posterior, upper segment. Blood group O positive.
