Terms of Use
Last updated 6 October 2026
These terms apply when you use ChoiceHub at choicehub.co. By using the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use ChoiceHub. How we handle your information is set out in our Privacy Policy.
What ChoiceHub is
A free study site for medical students: practice questions with explanations, timed mock exams, OSCE stations, checklists and timers, and learning pages. Most of it works without an account; saving progress, mock exams and uploads need one.
For study only, not medical advice
Everything on ChoiceHub is for exam preparation. It is not medical advice and must not be used to make decisions about real patients. Content is written by students and may contain mistakes or be out of date. Always check against current guidelines and your university's teaching.
Mock exams
Our mock exams are practice papers built from ChoiceHub's own question bank and timed to resemble real exam conditions. They are not official exams, and ChoiceHub is not affiliated with or endorsed by the Australian Medical Council or any university. A mock exam score, and how it compares with others, does not predict your result in a real exam.
Your account
- Use an email address you control, and keep access to it secure. You're responsible for what happens in your account.
- One account per person. Don't share accounts or sign in as someone else.
- Tell us if you think someone else has used your account.
Content you add
- Questions, comments and explanations you publish stay yours. You give us a free, ongoing licence to show, store, adapt and share them on ChoiceHub. You must have the right to share them: write your own, and don't copy from textbooks, paid question banks, past exam papers or other sites.
- Files you upload for your own mock exams are private to you. Only upload material you're allowed to use for personal study. Uploaded files are read by an AI model, which can make mistakes; check the questions and answers before you rely on them.
- Never include patient information, or anything that could identify a real patient, in anything you publish or upload.
We may remove content that breaks these terms, or that is reported to us as infringing someone's rights.
Fair use
Please don't:
- copy, scrape or resell ChoiceHub content, or use it to train AI models, without our permission;
- try to get around limits (such as the daily allowance for reading uploads), access other people's data, or disrupt the site;
- post anything unlawful, abusive, misleading or harmful.
We may limit or close accounts that do these things.
The service
ChoiceHub is free. We may add, change or remove features, and we may introduce optional paid features in future; if we do, their price and terms will be shown before you pay. We aim to keep the site available but can't promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
Our liability
Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that can't be excluded. Otherwise, ChoiceHub is provided “as is”, and to the extent the law allows we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site, including exam results or decisions made based on its content.
Ending your use
You can stop using ChoiceHub at any time and ask us to delete your account by emailing [email protected].
Changes and law
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows when. For important changes we'll tell you by email or on the site. These terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
