Lateral leads I, aVL, V5 and V6

I and aVL look at the high lateral wall, V5 and V6 at the low lateral wall and apex; lit up by circumflex or obtuse marginal occlusion, by the first diagonal, or by a proximal LAD infarct extending laterally.
