A 58-year-old man attends his general practice for review of his mood. Asked how he has been sleeping, he begins with the layout of his bedroom, moves on to the renovation he did in 1994, then to the tiler who did the bathroom and that man's divorce, and after almost four minutes says that he has been waking at three o'clock every morning.
