A 39-year-old man is brought to a regional Western Australian emergency department by police after climbing onto a shop roof shouting that transmitters have been put in his skull. He stopped his antipsychotic two months ago. He says he is not unwell, refuses admission and medication, and accepts that he might fall but says it does not matter.
